Museum / Pyamids TourThis tour runs daily from Tahrir square, Cairo.
The tour is designed to visit the biggest and richest 2 attractions of Cairo and Giza. It starts by a tour through the Egyptian Museum that contains the largest collections of the Egyptian antiquities and pieces of art. The museum is famous and marked with the treasure of King Tut Ankh Amun and the Royal Mummies Room. Our expert tour guide will give the group an informative tour through the master rooms of the museum, when he finishes the tour he gives the group members a free time for a none compassed walk. The group members gather again in the garden of the museum to take our bus/van to leave the center of Cairo heading to the very south west of Giza where the great pyramids standing and overlooking the city. The group members will buy the tickets and then our Guide will take them to the different special spots around the pyramids to explain to them in the sight what makes the pyramids of Giza so special over the world's ancient attractions. The 4500 years old pyramid is the only standing wonder out of the ancient 7 wonders, however, The Egyptians built it 2500 BC as the first wonder, all the other wonders that were built thousands of years later have collapsed and buried and only the pyramid is still standing there. We are sure you will like the moment of meeting the pyramid, the only survivor through the time. |
